We’ll need building plans (PDF, DWG, Revit, CAD, etc), your material and design selections, as well as furniture and decor preferences. The more details you can provide, the closer our renders will look to the finished product.

The average Standard rendering project of 6-8 images takes around 10 to 14 days start to finish. You can expect the Premium images to take nearly twice as long.

You're welcome to make specific recommendations, but most clients will simply provide us with a few inspiration images from Instagram or Pinterest and we can take it from there

We provide two rounds of revisions within our pricing. Typically anything beyond this would incur an additional cost. As long as you provide detailed feedback, two rounds of edits should be plenty and that's true for the majority of our clients/jobs.
